Essential information we will need includes the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN number) and the current mileage. This video will show you how to find your VIN. With this information this enables us to research your vehicle’s current market value. The VIN number can be found on all cars manufactured after 1980 and consists of 17 digits-always. It can be located in multiple places including the driver’s side dashboard-visible while outside looking in the windshield, the driver’s door jamb area plus on your registration slip from the DMV that you might have in the glove box (the one the friendly folks in blue ask for if you have been going too fast) or on your title.
Remember the saying a picture is worth a thousand words?
It absolutely is! To save you time from saying all those words, please send (Text or Email) us a few quick photos of your vehicle. A couple photos of the outside and a couple of the inside. If your vehicle has some damage—include that too. If your vehicle has things that may add some value (brand new tires, special wheels or options, send those too!)

Don’t forget the title.
We will need the title to your vehicle to complete the transaction and get you paid. Make sure it is in your name. If there is a co-owner listed with you and there is an “and” between your names, we will need their signature too.
What if I owe money on the vehicle and the bank has the title?
No problem, this is very common. We just need your help to contact your bank and obtain what is called a 10-day payoff. We can make your payoff and complete the title work from there. It’s all on us! We take care of everything for you!
